Refund Policy

What if your service is cancelled?

If we ever need to cancel your booking, you’ll receive a full refund with our sincere apologies.
If you need to cancel your appointment, we’ll be happy to help you reschedule for another date that suits you, at no extra cost. Please note that we’re unable to offer refunds for client-initiated cancellations, but we’ll do our best to make sure you can enjoy your Mandala Sauna experience at another time.
